PAST PERFECTION ORDERING
ORDERING:
To place an order please e-mail me at mail@pastperfection.com with the following information: Item number(s) and a brief description of the item(s) and your name, mailing address and e-mail address.
I will confirm your order within 48 hours, finalize payment arrangements and hold the item for 7 days pending receipt of funds. Illinois residents without a tax resale number will need to pay 8.75% sales tax; Illinois dealers should provide a tax resale number or copy of a certificate at the time of confirmation or when sending funds.
SHIPPING:
I like to give my clients options. You can have your item(s) shipped in the U.S. by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for $4.00, with insurance if you desire at the usual postal rates starting at $1.35 for the first $50. Your pieces will be well packed and come in a new Priority Mail box. Or if you prefer, you can have your item(s) shipped by First Class mail for $3.00 for most jewelry and purchase the appropriate insurance, if desired. Items will be delivered, well wrapped in a sturdy new box or, for lighter, smaller pieces, in a jewelry box inside a bubble mailer. I ship to many parts of the world, so please be certain to enquire. International clients pay actual shipping costs and insurance, where insurance is available, and if it is desired. Shipping is normally by Global Priority Mail but other options may be available.
PAYMENT:
Items paid for by PayPal, money order or cashiers check ship second business day; items paid for by check may be held until funds clear. Please send checks, money orders and cashiers checks in U.S. currency and made out to me, Cheryl Killmer. Please note there is a $25 fee for any checks returned by my bank.
RETURN POLICY:
As an avid costume jewelry collector of 25+ years, I want you to be excited when you receive your order! To avoid returns please ask all questions about size, condition, etc., prior to ordering. I will be glad to send additional pictures and answer any questions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will accept returns for any reason provided that you e-mail me within 24 hours of your receipt, that I confirm acceptance of the item prior to shipping it back to me and that items are returned in same condition as sent, well packaged and shipped by insured First Class Mail and on its way in 3 days from receipt. If the item is not satisfactory, please do not make adjustments of any kind.
Note: shipping fees are not refundable. Please also be aware that in certain circumstances, a re-stocking fee of 10-20% may apply but with good communication, that hopefully will not happen.
